I have pets, does this prevent me from having a system installed?

No. We offer pet friendly systems & can protect any type of property.

What happens if I have a problem outside of normal working hours?

We offer over the phone technical support & an emergency callout service.

Can you work on other company’s systems?

Yes. We can take over other company’s systems hassle free.

What areas do you cover?

We cover an approximate 50-mile radius from Lincoln City. Further distances are available subject to your enquiry.

I have a problem with my existing system, do you offer repairs?

Yes. Our vehicles also carry parts allowing us to quickly get you back up & running again.

How reliable are wireless systems?

We have over 25 years of experience with radio equipment, wireless technology of today is very reliable.

Do you install new systems?

We offer new installations, maintenance contracts, repairs and system take overs too.

I am building a new property, are you able to install a system in stages?

Yes we can install systems on a first & second fix basis. We can also offer temporary portable systems whilst the property is being built.

How reliable are your systems?

We only install professional recognised security equipment; this proves for a trouble-free reliable system.

What happens if I forget my code number?

We can easily default code numbers upon request.

I have just moved into a new house; can you take over my current security system.

Yes. We can take over your current system & offer a new maintenance package.

What happens if I don’t have my system serviced?

A lack of maintenance will undoubtably cause problems with your system at some point in the future. A yearly maintenance check will help keep a trouble-free system. Maintenance customers also benefit from technical support & access to a 24-hour emergency callout service. This may also be a compulsory requirement from your insurance company.

Do you do panic button systems?

Yes. We offer portable & fixed type panic button systems.

I am not sure what type of security I need. How can you help?

Our highly trained & knowledgeable staff can recommend & advise the right type of system for you.

What happens if my alarm goes off in the night and I can’t stop it ringing?

We offer over the phone technical support & an emergency callout service to all maintenance contract customers.

Can I control or turn my system off via my mobile?

Yes. We install & can upgrade existing systems to operate via a mobile app.

Do you do security lighting?

Yes. We can offer replacement & new installations of standalone security lights to full intelligent security lighting-controlled systems.

Do I need electricity to protect a shed or outbuilding?

We can protect outbuildings & external environments with battery operated wireless equipment.

How far do your wireless systems operate?

We can install radio equipment operating in the excess of several kilometres.

Can your systems let you know when someone is on your driveway or land?

Yes. We can offer systems to alert you and trespassers they’ve entered an unauthorised area.

What guarantee do you give with your systems?

Our systems are covered by either a 1, 2 or 3 year warranty.

If I have a problem with my security system and I’m away on holiday, what will happen?

Systems under guarantee or a maintenance contract, enables keyholders to connect us and act on your behalf. We will provide technical support & an emergency callout service if needed.
